BI Service Specialist
We are looking for a BI Service Specialist to join our dream-team!
The perfect candidate should have recent experience with SQL & SQL optimization techniques, general knowledge of ITIL processes and be familiar with stored procedures. If you an analytical thinker, have problem-solving and good communication skills - apply!

- Monitoring the operation and processes of the data ingestion process into the Data Warehouse
- Solving problems, resolving requests and handling them in the IT support ticket system
- Signaling deviations, reporting disruptions, intervening and solving identified problems in functionality, reliability, speed and capacity
- Basic platform and user administration
- Maintaining contact and working closely with colleagues in the team and business users
- Testing and implementing new platform functionalities
