IT Operations Specialist

- Maintaining policy and procedure documentation
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Tracking and reporting operational performance
- Identifying ways to improve our existing processes in organization
- Optimizing processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Build automatization for existing processes and integrate IT systems in organization (using IT systems including Microsoft Power Platform or Nintex)

- 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficient in technology especially: Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Power Platform (such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps or Nintex) , Microsoft Azure Services
Professional experience:
- 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
