Senior Support Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our existing Team at Elitmind!
The perfect candidate should have hands-on experience with data infrastructure, processing and storage components. Very good SQL knowledge is a must, as well as SQL optimization techniques and Windows Server administration. We also highly value experience with Database Administration, general knowledge of ITIL processes and of Microsoft Azure components related to data ingestion. - Monitoring the operation and processes of the data ingestion process into the data lake
- Signaling deviations; reporting disruptions, intervening and solving identified problems in functionality, reliability, performance and capacity
- Data platform components administration and maintenance
- Maintaining contacts and working closely with colleagues in the team and business users
- Testing and implementing new platform functionalities
- Resolving requests and handling them in the IT support ticket system following ITIL methodology
